Team Fostering

A carefully crafted welcome film for young people entering foster care. Designed to be age-inclusive, language-flexible and culturally representative, it aims to offer reassurance to children during moments of uncertainty and transition.

The whole process from beginning to end has been the best experience I've had of working with an external agency. They immediately understood the brief and what we were looking for and effectively brought this to life with a clear timeline. Communication was fantastic throughout and every effort made to adjust timeframes to fit with our needs. We hardly had to request any amends at any stage and ultimately the final product was amazing and has received positive feedback across the agency and with our children and young people. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them again in future. Jennie Derbyshire - Marketing Officer, Team Fostering

Team Fostering needed a video that could speak directly to young people entering foster care — often refugees, often facing uncertainty, and from a wide range of backgrounds.

We created a warm, welcoming film designed to reassure without patronising. The tone was carefully balanced to feel inclusive across ages, with no on-screen text so it could easily be translated into different languages. Diverse casting and sensitive direction helped ensure that every viewer could feel seen, understood, and supported.
