Berkshire Imaging is a private diagnostic and imaging clinic offering specialist procedures delivered by experienced consultants.
Problem
The original plan was to produce a general overview film. However, during planning discussions it became clear that patients needed more than brand awareness – they needed clarity and reassurance around specific procedures before committing to consultation or treatment.
The challenge was helping potential patients understand both the medical process and the real patient experience in a way that reduced uncertainty and built trust.
Approach
Instead of a single overview video, we restructured the project into a multi-asset content suite focused on four core procedures.
For each procedure, we produced:
- A consultant-led procedure video filmed with the specialist performing that treatment
- Shared B-roll footage captured within a live clinical environment
- A dedicated patient testimonial case study linked directly to that procedure
This created a joined-up content system combining clinical explanation with authentic patient experience.
Commercial Value / Outcome
The content was designed to support patients through the research and decision-making process by improving understanding, reducing hesitation and reinforcing trust before enquiry.
Rather than producing one broad awareness film, Berkshire Imaging invested in evergreen assets aligned directly to patient intent and treatment consideration.
