Following the success of the EXCO Awards nomination campaign, Santander Consumer Finance required event coverage that would both celebrate the finalists and support future promotion of the awards programme.
We filmed the awards evening at a restaurant venue in Chelsea, capturing the atmosphere, finalist recognition, winner announcements and wider event experience.
Rather than treating the evening as simple event documentation, the project was structured to create a long-term internal engagement asset.
The final film was designed to:
- Celebrate the individuals recognised during the awards
- Reinforce company culture and appreciation
- Increase visibility for future EXCO Awards campaigns
- Provide reusable content for internal communications
Because the awards campaign and event coverage were planned together, Santander Consumer Finance gained a connected suite of internal content rather than isolated one-off videos.
This created stronger continuity across the initiative while maximising the value of the production investment.
