Does AI Actually Know Your Business? – Cleeo

Cleeo didn't need another software demo. It needed 60 seconds that made businesses question whether generic AI was really working for them.

leeo had a communication problem familiar to many technology businesses: the platform was easier to understand in conversation than through pages of website copy. Prospective customers already knew about AI; the harder job was explaining why another generic AI tool wasn’t necessarily the answer.

We developed the 60-second animation around a simple question: does AI know your business? That created a route into Cleeo’s proposition without starting with software features. Cleeo brings together an organisation’s knowledge, processes, objectives and ways of working in an AI environment designed around the business rather than forcing the business to adapt to a generic tool.

We deliberately took a conceptual animation approach rather than building the film around interface demonstrations. This allowed us to visualise issues such as fragmented knowledge and inconsistent AI use while making the finished asset less vulnerable to software-interface changes.

The resulting 60-second explainer now has a clear commercial role: introduce the proposition quickly above the fold, support newsletters and mailouts, and give Cleeo something concise to send directly to prospective customers who enquire.
