Context
Pax Identity hosted a closed-door industry event designed to bring senior leaders together for open, non-sales-driven discussion.
Problem
The event delivered strong in-room value, but without structured content capture, that insight would be lost. More importantly, Pax needed a way to increase attendance and secure sponsorship for future events – turning a one-off experience into a repeatable commercial asset.
Approach
We structured the filming around extracting value, not just documenting the day.
We captured multiple delegate soundbites across the event, focusing on honest reflections, insights and peer-led credibility.
From a single filming session, we produced:
- A headline promotional film for the next event
- A series of short-form soundbite videos for LinkedIn
- Ongoing content aligned to a structured video marketing system
Commercial Value / Outcome
Instead of a one-off event video, Pax Identity now has a bank of authentic, peer-driven content that:
- Builds credibility for future attendees
- Supports sponsorship conversations with real proof of value
- Creates ongoing LinkedIn content to maintain visibility between events
The event became a long-term marketing and sales asset – not just a moment in time.
