Context
Sandown Park Racecourse hosted the spring Business in Surrey Expo, where the objective was not simply to document the event, but to create a reusable marketing asset that would support promotion for the autumn expo at Mercedes-Benz World.
Problem
The organisers needed content that demonstrated the scale, engagement and value of attending the expo. The video also needed a clear call to action while providing enough flexibility for ongoing marketing use across multiple channels.
Approach
We filmed the event with a structured content approach focused on crowd engagement, exhibitor interaction and visitor activity across the venue. Alongside the main promotional reel, we produced shorter social edits to support ongoing campaign activity and reinforce the wider marketing system around the event.
Branded on-screen text was integrated throughout using the event’s existing brand guidelines, helping communicate key statistics, messaging and event metrics clearly without disrupting the pace of the edit.
Commercial Value / Outcome
Rather than producing a single-use highlights video, the project created a suite of evergreen assets that could support future event promotion, social media activity and event page conversion. The result was a practical marketing tool designed to help drive attendance, build credibility and extend the value of the original expo investment.
