Some fertility questions cannot be answered properly in 30 seconds. Patients researching IVF, egg freezing, IUI, fertility testing and related subjects often want detailed information from someone who genuinely understands the subject before they make contact with a clinic.
For IVF Matters, we built a specialist video series around Dr Irfana Koita’s expertise. Using a guided, conversational filming format, we explored individual subjects in depth, with finished videos running up to nine minutes. Each long-form video could sit on a relevant website page and YouTube, giving patients useful information at the point they are actively researching a particular subject. The original production strategy deliberately used focused questions rather than autocue-led delivery to keep the explanations clear and natural.
The long-form films were only one part of the system. We then extracted 72 x 30–60 second edits for social channels, turning the same filming investment into a much larger library of content.
That creates two complementary jobs from the same production: short-form content generates reach over many months, while the deeper films build expertise, support the YouTube channel and give prospective patients somewhere to go when they want substantive answers.
