Context
Team Frames supplies trade UPVC and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories across Kent and Sussex. While product quality is essential, the team recognised that many of their strongest differentiators weren’t immediately visible to prospective customers.
Problem
In a market where products can often appear similar on paper, Team Frames needed a way to communicate the service standards, operational efficiencies and customer-first culture that sit behind the business. They wanted potential customers to understand what it feels like to work with Team Frames before ever picking up the phone.
Approach
We produced a customer-focused brand film featuring Managing Director Steve Telford alongside footage of the business, facilities and team. The video highlighted key differentiators including their open-plan customer environment, close relationship with manufacturing partner Whiteline, market-leading turnaround times and in-house colour spraying capabilities.
Rather than focusing solely on products, the film concentrated on the experience customers receive when working with the business.
Commercial Value / Outcome
The finished film provides Team Frames with a trust-building asset that communicates far more than a product specification sheet ever could. Used across their website, social media and sales conversations, the video helps prospective customers understand the people, service and operational advantages behind the business, creating confidence before the first commercial conversation takes place.
