Making a Complex Identity Service Understandable in Under 60 Seconds

Three short animations designed to simplify a non-visual service and support sales conversations at different stages.

Context
PAX Identity provides specialist identity and access management services, but like many technical consultancies, their offer isn’t easy to show visually.

Problem
They needed to communicate what they do, who it’s for, and why it matters – quickly. Without a physical product or central location, traditional filming wouldn’t deliver clarity.

Approach
We developed a structured animation approach, creating three standalone videos – each under 60 seconds – focused on a specific service area.
Animation allowed us to visualise both the challenges their clients face and the impact of their solutions.

Each video was designed to work independently or as part of a wider sequence, with consistent visual style and messaging across all assets.

Commercial Value / Outcome
Instead of a single broad video, PAX now has a flexible set of tools that can be deployed across their website, LinkedIn and sales process.

This allows them to match content to specific conversations, improve understanding earlier, and use video as part of ongoing pipeline follow-up – not just top-level marketing.
