The Challenge

Novaplex’s software products are powerful, but prospects often struggled to quickly understand what each platform did and how it would benefit them.

The sales team knew that once prospects reached a product demo, conversion rates were extremely high. The key objective was therefore to create content that would increase demo bookings by improving product clarity and confidence.

Our Approach

We recommended a two-part video structure designed to move viewers from problem understanding to product confidence.

Each video included:

  • Motion graphics explainer outlining the business challenge and key benefits

  • Screen-capture walkthrough demonstrating the platform’s core functionality and interface

This allowed the videos to communicate both commercial value and real product capability.

The Asset System

To maximise flexibility across marketing and sales channels, the project produced nine assets in total:

  • 3 motion graphics explainers

  • 3 product screencast walkthroughs

  • 3 full videos combining both elements

How the Content Was Used

The videos became part of Novaplex’s wider sales and marketing toolkit, supporting:

  • Website product pages

  • LinkedIn marketing

  • Email campaigns

  • Direct prospect outreach

  • Sales presentations and proposals

By clearly explaining both the problem and the product, the videos helped prospects move more confidently to the highest-converting stage of the sales process — the product demo.
