Context
Lampton Group operates across multiple business units, including housing, leisure and environmental services. While each division serves different audiences, they are united by a shared set of organisational values.
The Challenge
Values are often described on websites and in corporate documents, but they can feel disconnected from day-to-day reality. Lampton Group wanted to demonstrate how its values influence the actions, behaviours and decisions of colleagues working across the organisation while reinforcing trust with customers and communities.
Our Approach
We created a values-led culture film that moved beyond corporate statements and focused on real examples from across the group. The video showcased how teams within Lampton Homes, Lampton Leisure and Lampton Services apply organisational values in practical situations, from supporting residents and customers to delivering frontline services.
By focusing on genuine examples rather than scripted messaging, the film connected organisational values with real-world outcomes.
