Reigate and Banstead Borough Council have invested significantly in a platform that aims to profile local employers, provide signposting to local talent for ways to up-skill and tips to secure dream roles. The brief was to create an engaging and positive video to sit on the landing page of the RB Works platform to shine a spotlight on the borough and showcase the vast array and breadth of opportunities for local people in local businesses.
We spent two days interviewing employees and employers from the area who have lots of great stuff to say about working locally and the range of jobs that are in the borough. We intertwined this with lots of b-roll of the borough and applied motion-tracking to graphics and text that highlights impressive statistics about key employment industries. There was also a requirement to create two further edits from the interview footage around specific industries that they wanted to signpost.
