As part of the same campaign, Raven Housing Trust also needed a clear, engaging video to show residents how to report a repair and what happens next. The process had several steps that could be hard to visualise — especially across different property types.
We used animation again to walk viewers through the reporting journey, from first contact to resolution. It’s a cost-effective and scalable way to communicate the process without needing to film in multiple locations with different trades.
