Carpenters Group needed a video to explain the process of making a serious injury claim, guiding the viewer through each stage of the claim from bedside in the hospital to long-term rehab at home. Because of the nature of the circumstances that lead the viewer to be watching this video, they wanted the animation to be compassionate and reassuring, explaining what happens and what to expect. Because this is a story of recovery, they wanted the overall tone of the video to be hopeful, without diminishing the seriousness of the subject matter.
We listened carefully to feedback throughout the process to make sure that the depiction was accurate and empathetic to people going through a life-changing scenario, and used characters and colours that worked well for the brand and the audience.

"The team at Square Daisy were fantastic to work with, we worked directly with Jovan and Amy. They were supportive, professional and caring from the beginning right through to post-production.
We would highly recommend working with them, we are very pleased with our end product." Emma Rittenberg, PR, Communications & Brand Executive at Carpenters Group
