Raven Housing Trust are always looking to attract new talent to the many and varied areas of their organisation, and wanted to celebrate and showcase their diverse team by putting them at the centre of the production.

Raven wanted to celebrate their employees showcase their diverse employment opportunities in a talent acquisition video for the purposes of video recruitment; to attract new people to their ever-growing organisation. We thought the best way to add authenticity to the video was to get the employees to deliver the script themselves. The production schedule was intense with over 30 enthusiastic, amateur presenters to fit in across a 2 day shoot across multiple locations in and around the office, but what we’ve achieved is a warming and appealing video which is sure to make people want to work for Raven.
