Experience Guildford is the BID for Guildford, and each summer they host a Customer Service Award Ceremony, celebrating the best customer service in the town centre across 13 business categories.
For two consecutive years Square Daisy has produced videos showcasing all the finalists for each category, to be shown on the night of the awards ceremony, as well as an animation for each category to reveal the winner! This is a mammoth task, with over 40 businesses to film with two crew members in just one day, not to mention the volume of editing to turn around in a short amount of time. The most exciting part of the shoot day is certainly the live presentation of flowers and invitations to the Shining Star Nominees, who have no idea they are going to be ambushed, filmed and interviewed.
We decided to add some excitement to the category videos, which are knitted together with dynamic motion graphics, tying in the Experience Guildford branding and Customer Service Award logo.
