AIM Commercial Cleaning – “Our Strengths” Interview Series
We filmed three cinematic interviews for AIM focused on their key strengths. Beautiful lighting, bold framing and sharp post-production made these films feel premium while reflecting the depth and authenticity of their team.

For the final part of the project, AIM wanted to go deeper into the reasons people choose to work with and for them. We produced a three-part interview series, each focusing on a key strength: sustainability, client satisfaction, and talent.
Each video featured three contributors from different levels of the business — people with genuine expertise and experience in each area. The interview setups were meticulously designed, with cinematic lighting, clean backdrops, carefully chosen camera angles, and rich colour grading that gave each video a premium look and feel. The result is a polished, professional series that does justice to the quality of AIM’s work and ethos.

We created a recruitment video series for Technimove that showcased team spirit, workplace culture, and long-term career appeal — including a blooper reel to capture their personality and help candidates see the people behind the brand.
