Why have a product video created?

If you sell a product, one of the best ways to enhance engagement is through a product video. Whether it is B2B or B2C, showing a product in use, along with its features and benefits can make a huge difference to the number of people that buy it and become loyal customers.

If you’re selling a product, you want people to see it. A picture tells a thousand words, a video has the power to tell a whole lot more. If your product is in a competitive market or is a new concept which people won’t fully understand, creating something visual that talks them through the features and functionality and all important benefits, can be the difference between customers buying from you or your competitors.

  • Your video can be filmed in a studio setting, in use in the real world or as a product review
  • If your product is a physical object but the key difference between you and competitors is the way it works, you can create 2D or 3D animations to explain the technology – consider how Dyson explain how their bagless cyclonic suction system and seven conical cylinders!
  • If you have some new software, and app or a service that delivers an improved outcome, don’t get caught up trying to establish what to film, create a product animation that makes sure customers know how it will improve their lives

Plastfree – Animated Video

A period care advert done right. Plastfree wanted to shout from the rooftops about how their biodegradable pad is going to revolutionise the menstrual market and save the environment one period at a time, so we made them a video that does just that.

My New Venture – Platform Animation

My New Venture is a learning platform for anyone looking to start their own business. The subscription model allows users access to 9 modules covering areas you need to consider when starting out, hundreds of mentor videos, and myriad valuable resources all in one place. They wanted a video that showcased the platform for their marketing website, helping potential subscribers to take the leap and sign-up.

Squires Garden Centres – Autumn Gardening Series Tutorial Videos

Squires Garden Centres have 16 stores across the South East of England, and wanted to inject their social media with lots of engaging video content, kicking off with a series of helpful gardening videos for the autumn. We filmed and edited a suite of seasonal videos for them to push out on their YouTube and social channels.
