Technimove wanted a video series to support recruitment — not just to showcase roles, but to bring their culture to life. The goal was to highlight the diversity of their team, the offices in London and Croydon, and the strong sense of belonging that keeps people there long-term.
We produced three edits: a main talent promo, a short social cut for reach, and a blooper reel that showed off their fun side. Together, the videos form a welcoming, people-first message to future candidates.
