Warfield Park is a residential park located in Basingstoke. Following the announcement of a major expansion project they wanted to create a range of marketing video content to attract new residents and fill the vacant plots that would be coming online in the next five years.
The project was a two day shoot with three crew, the first day capturing general b-roll and aerial footage, with the second day focussed on the more intimate shots involving actors that had been selected through a casting process.
The main promotional video included a voiceover professionally recorded by one of our partner artists, with a second version created with no voiceover but nicely presented on screen text delivered via motion tracking and rotoscoping.
There were then a further four edits that focussed on the key themes of Location, Community, Convenience and Homes. These edits included testimonials and interviews from residents as well as b-roll to really deliver a compelling insight for viewers.
