TCM Capital is a financial services and government funding organisation who enlisted the support of Square Daisy when they needed an explainer video made for an event they were sponsoring. With an extremely tight-turnaround to contend with we agreed a creative approach and got cracking to produce a visually striking, memorable, and highly customisable video, allowing their brand to stand out at a prestigious industry awards evening.
This collage-style animation combines a mix of cut-out images, textures, and shapes and brings them to life and communicates the messaging through dynamic typography. We gathered stock imagery and footage these visual elements and composited them in specialised software to create a hand-crafted and tactile style. The found-image nature of this type of production means it is a flexible and cost-effective option which is able convey complex ideas with a playful and artistic twist.
