An accessible animated explainer to help residents understand which repairs are their responsibility and which belong to Raven Housing Trust. Part of a campaign to reduce confusion and cut down on avoidable callouts.

Raven Housing Trust were experiencing high volumes of repair requests for issues that were actually the responsibility of residents. To help reduce these unnecessary callouts, we created a short animated video to clearly explain who is responsible for what — from lightbulbs to leaks.

The animation was designed to be friendly and accessible, using clear visuals to help residents understand the content quickly. It supports a more detailed PDF and forms part of a wider campaign to improve communication and reduce confusion.
