Raven Housing Trust were experiencing high volumes of repair requests for issues that were actually the responsibility of residents. To help reduce these unnecessary callouts, we created a short animated video to clearly explain who is responsible for what — from lightbulbs to leaks.
The animation was designed to be friendly and accessible, using clear visuals to help residents understand the content quickly. It supports a more detailed PDF and forms part of a wider campaign to improve communication and reduce confusion.
