Eager to attract prospective employees, the firm embarked on a project to create an enticing video series. After careful consideration, it was unanimously agreed that an animated video would serve as the ideal medium to showcase the company’s various benefits. Its captivating nature would effectively highlight the range of advantages offered to employees.
Additionally, the decision was made to produce four live-action videos, each focusing on junior, trainee, and senior career progression, along with insights into the company’s culture.
The video shoot spanned two days, with an entire day devoted to conducting employee interviews and on a separate day capturing relevant b-roll footage.
