The Challenge
Ede & Ravenscroft introduced a new online client portal designed to simplify how customers manage orders and services.
However, with any new digital platform there is a risk that users:

struggle to find key features

revert to email or phone enquiries

underuse the system’s capabilities
The objective was to create clear video guides that would increase portal adoption while reducing support enquiries.
Our Approach
We produced a series of simple, focused tutorial videos, each covering a specific part of the portal.
Using screen recordings with camera zooms and guided highlights, the videos showed users exactly:

how key functions work

how to complete common tasks
The goal was to make the platform feel easy, intuitive and self-service friendly.
The Result
The videos created a library of quick reference guides that allow clients to learn the platform at their own pace.
They are used to support:

By giving users clear visual guidance, the content helps increase portal adoption while reducing routine “how do I use this?” enquiries.
